When will I receive my refund after returning my device?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed
Will rooting or unlocking the bootloader void my warranty?
For system integrity and data security, REDMAGIC does not support rooting or unlocking the bootloader. Rooting or unlocking your device carries significant risks, for which REDMAGIC cannot be held responsible, and such actions will void your warranty
Can I purchase specific parts for my device?
Unfortunately, we do not currently sell specific parts.
How do I return/repair my device?
If you are not satisfied with your REDMAGIC product(s) for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery. To do so, please submit a support ticket requesting the return or replacement. Or you can contact [email protected]
