Please try these troubleshooting tips first: 

1.  Make sure the official charger and cable are working with another device if possible.

2.  Power cycle the device by holding the Power button for 12 seconds.

3.  Attempt to start the phone by holding down the Power button.

If any of these methods do not solve your problem, please try the following steps:

Step 1: Let your phone rest for 12 hours (do not charge)

Step 2: Charge with the official charger and USB cable for 6 hours

Step 5: After 6 hours, your device should be ready to boot and power on.
